What is the importance of staging?Studies have shown that staged homes often sell faster and for a higher price. It create a positive first impression by highlighting the home's best features. It can also be strategic and make a home appeal to wider range of buyers.

Where do I start?The first step to get a complimentary on-site consultation going is to fill out our contact form with all necessary information.

Do you offer occupied staging?We specialize in vacant home staging, which allows for the most effective and efficient transformation of your property. We find this approach typically yields the best results for our clients.

What is the cost of staging?Factors that influence pricing include: square footage, number of rooms to be staged, and the desired level of staging (basic, premium, etc.). Our typical staging projects range from $4,000 to $10,000 for 45 days. We can work on our price if expecting a longer term (typically for multi million dollar homes).

How long is the term?Although we have a 45 day term minimum, we offer flexible terms to fit your specific needs.

Do you allow collaboration on the furniture, etc that goes into the property?We encourage collaboration with your real estate agent and other stakeholders. This ensures the staging aligns perfectly with the overall vision and marketing strategy. That said, we charge an interior design fee starting at $1,000 for external collaboration to cover our costs.

Do you stage exteriors?We stage exteriors as part of our standard staging package. The extent of this will depend on factors such as if the space is covered so as not to ruin our furniture. If an uncovered space is desired to have nice furniture, a premium fee will be added to the bill.

What is your cancellation policy?Our cancellation policy is very detailed in our contract. That said, you can receive a full refund, minus any transaction fees, if we are notified no less than 7 business days before the day of installation.

Do you prorate fees if the home sells quickly?We do not prorate fees if the home sells early. This is because we invest significant time and resources in preparing the home for the market, regardless of how quickly it sells.

What do I need to do when the house goes under contract?Once the house is under contract, please keep us informed about the closing date. Typically clients will want to leave the furniture in place until the house is out of the option period.
