The Lantern, Northwest Hills
Designed by Jeffrey Dungan Architects with interiors by M. Naeve of Houston, the residence balances scale with restraint. White oak floors, hand-troweled plaster walls, honed marble and steel-framed openings create a palette that feels tailored rather than showy.
A house this specific can be undone by furniture that competes with it. Working closely with listing agents Cara and Joe Keenan of The Keenan Group, we curated warm, substantial pieces that answered the architecture instead of arguing with it, and gave each room a story about how it would be lived in. It sold pre-market.

When I started The Staged Haus, I wasn’t feeling inspired by much of what I saw in the market. I saw an opportunity to bring a fresh, design-first approach to home staging, and I built a company around it.
Today, our team brings that standard to every property we stage. We design each room for its architecture and its buyer, put a firm price in writing, and handle the details so sellers and their agents can focus on the sale.
